How do I group a bunch of links together? Can I put a lot of links in a single location instead of on the course homepage?A.
The page resource creates a link to a screen that display many different kinds of content such as plain text, images, audio, video, embedded code, links or a combination of all these. Continue reading to learn how to create a page.
1. Turn Editing On.
2. In the section where you want the link to your Page to appear, click Add a resource.
3. From the menu select Page and Add.
4. In its Name field, enter a title - this will eventually appear as a link on your course page so keep it concise but descriptive.
5. Into the Page Content field you can then enter the content of your page including a range of media as needed.
Add links - Enter the name of your link. Highlight the text your just entered. Click the icon that looks like chain links. Paste the link URL. In the Target section select Open in new window. Click Insert. If you forget to enter the http:// prefix you will be prompted. Click Ok.
6. Click Save and return to course.
7. Your Page link on the home course will look like this.
