Q.

Where did my previous semester courses go? Can I make my previous semester courses unhidden? I'm enrolled into to many courses, how do I hide some courses? I only want to see the courses I'm teaching now, not the old ones?

A.

The Course overview block is visible on a user's My home page and shows a list of all courses in which a user is enrolled/has an assigned role. By default this block appears in the central content block on the My home page. When new courses are loaded into Tlearn they will appear at the top of the list pushing the older courses down. 1. Locate the Navigation block and click My courses link.

*If you click on the "arrow head" next to the My courses link all courses will appear.



2. You will notice at the bottom of the screen you have some hidden courses. We are going to unhide all the courses. Click the CUSTOMIZE THIS PAGE button.

3. Click the drop down menu next to Number of courses to display. Then click Always Show All.  

4. All your courses are now unhidden. Since we now have a long list we can drag the courses we want to the top so we don't have to scroll down to find them. Hover over the cross icon then click and drag that course to it's new location. Click STOP CUSTOMIZING THIS PAGE when done.

 
















5. (Optional) If you only want to see a couple of your course you can drag all the courses you want to the top of the list and then change the drop down menu setting to reflect the amount you want visible. The rest will be hidden and out of sight from this view.
